The Good About a Linksys Router
Written by on September 12, 2008 – 1:13 pm -I have been using a Linksys router for years now and I have to say that I am impressed with its sturdiness. I have dropped the router more than a handful of times and thought it would break into pieces because I place them on top of my CPU which sits on my computer desk. The thing still works. Good stuff.

A More Cheaper Way
Written by on August 12, 2008 – 4:33 pm -Recently, my husband and I purchased a desktop to replace our old one. What should have been a packaged desktop turned out to be computer parts. That’s because we discovered that it will be a lot cheaper if we select and purchase our own monitor, motherboard, keyboard, hard drive and all the rest of the computer parts. But then I realized that there is a more cheaper way of doing it, it is by ordering through precomparts.com because they offer preferred computer parts minus the legwork.

Memory Stick Revolutionized Portable Storage
Written by on June 13, 2008 – 5:41 pm -Portable storage has evolved so much in the past two decades: from magnetic tapes to floppy disks to zip drives to the memory stick or thumb drive. The popularity of memory sticks was a product of the wide adoption of the Universal Serial Bus (USB) port and the exponential improvement of flash memory storage. Whereas just a decade ago we were limited to storing less than 2 megabytes of data into a 3.5-inch floppy disk, nowadays we can store and move gigabytes worth of movies using the all-reliable memory stick.
