Start Your Workout Regimen on the Treadmill
Written by on June 13, 2008 – 5:36 pm -I try to work out every so often, at least three times a week, to keep my body in top shape. Treadmills start every workout: 25 minutes of moderate to heavy running. I found out first hand that lifting weights is not enough; I gotta take care of my heart too. And running at the start of every routine keeps my blood pumping: I have enough energy for more strenuous exercises and then some.
